The Leanne Fund now has a permanent office base in Stornoway, Isle of Lewis.
The charity, which provides support for those affected by Cystic Fibrosis across the Highlands and Islands and Grampian, has recently opened its first office where new Development Manager Chrisetta Mitchell will be based.
The office is at 36 Point Street, Stornoway and is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and all are welcome to call in and find out more about the work of the growing charity and also to hear about new volunteering opportunities.
Chair of The Leanne Fund, Ann Marie Murray said: “It is wonderful to have our office now up and running which will be a base for us to expand our work across the region.
“This is an exciting time for us as we take forward our Development Project to support many more people affected by Cystic Fibrosis.”
The Leanne Fund secured a funding package of £133,301 from Big Lottery Fund Scotland earlier this year which will allow expansion to the Grampian area and support many more individuals affected by Cystic Fibrosis and their families.
The charity wish to thank Stuart Sutherland of Graphite Signs for the generous supply and fitting of window graphics for the new office.
