Point2Life, the young people's fellowship for those throughout the district of Point and jointly run by Knock Free Church, Point Free Church and Garrabost Church of Scotland, held a Coffee Evening in Aird Community Centre for the Fund in February.

A fantastic line-up of local talent provided excellent entertainment for all who attended, including Dollag Jefferson, Calum Mackay, Coisir Og an Rubha, Hayley Macaskill & Co, and John Murdo & Graham, with KFC+1 (Rev James Maciver, Donna Maciver, Fiona Campbell and Ruth McGregor) closing with beautiful psalmody singing. The ladies of the community also excelled with a stunning selection of baking on offer - the audience were spoilt!

By collecting money at the door, the group managed to raise the fantastic sum of £650, which was presented to Ann Marie Murray, Trustee of the Fund, at the next Point2Life meeting.
